Crane Configuration

Making a new crane

• Open the menu and select My Cranes, select New Crane and then select the crane type you want to customise.

Crane types

• There are 12 Crane Types to choose from.
• Each of the Crane Types can be customised to suit any real crane of the same type.

Pivot Height

1. Measure the distance between the pivot point of the boom (Heel Pin) and the ground
2. Use a tape measure or check the manufactures crane dimensions diagram to find this measurement

Pivot Distance to 0

1. Measure the distance between the pivot point of the boom (Heel Pin) and the centre of the slew ring
2. Use a tape measure or check the manufactures crane dimensions diagram to find this measurement

Crane End to 0

1. Measure the distance between the centre of the slew ring, and the rear of the crane
2. Use a tape measure or check the manufactures crane dimensions diagram to find this measurement

Customisation

1. Tap or click on any part of the crane to select it.
2. Pick a colour from the swatch to paint the selected part.
3. Select Cancel to discard any changes made.
4. Select Reset to revert the colours to default.
5. Select Accept to accept any changes made.
